We're sorry to hear it didn't work out! We offer FREE EXCHANGES for unwashed, unworn items sent back within 60 days of order date. (Note: free exchanges are for U.S. orders only)
To exchange an item, go to freeflyapparel.com/a/returns Our online portal provides you with everything you need to quickly and easily exchange any eligible purchase(s).

Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 60 days after purchase. (A quick try on is cool. Trekking up a mountain is not.) Bamboo Boxer Briefs, Bamboo Boxers, Candles and Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
To exchange your item, head to our exchange portal and follow the instructions on screen to print your pre-paid return shipping label and then place your package in the mail.
Once we receive your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow 7 to 10 business days once the item(s) are received for us to process your exchange. You will receive an email from us once the replacement(s) ship out to you.
Exchanges will ship back to the original shipping address with our standard 3 - 7 day shipping. PLEASE NOTE: If you need to change the shipping address, please add the new address in the "NOTES" section on the online portal or email the new address to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
At this time, we can only process exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you request an exchange for an item of higher value, we will process a refund for the returned item. Please note that discounts only apply to even exchanges (for color or size) and will not apply to exchanges for different product styles.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it! If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Shoot us an email us at email@example.com with your order number and what the issue is.
